Collateral Enhancements
Commitments or Credit
Enhancements Commitments are
for top International Financial
Debt Instruments/Credit Facilities
that offer creditability to financial
statements and gives you, the
Applicant, the opportunity to
obtain the funds you require. We
have a unique system designed so
that the Applicant can use the
financial debt instrument/credit
facility as collateral and the
financial debt instrument/credit
facility will retire the principal
amount of your loan over the
term of the loan. In other words,
an Applicant does not need to pay
the loan-capital back from your
project.

Collateral Enhancement
Commitments obtained by Tyesun
Capital Pte Ltd for Applicants are
issued by the Trust after
availability of the collateral
enhancements commitments have
been quoted to the Trust by the
international financial
institutions. The proposed
collateral enhancements will
always be acceptable by the
international lending institutions
that have issued their loan
commitments to the Applicant.

The enhanced collateral normally
is in the form of first class zero
coupon financial paper, issued by
major international banking or
international financial
institutions, maturing at 10
years or more. In addition, U.S.
Treasury Bonds, European bank
medium-term bank notes, FHLMC
strips, FNMA strips, or other type
U.S. Government Agency paper
can be used or credit insurance is
acceptable.

Amount of esoteric or non
conventional loans depend on the
price of the additional collateral
required in order for Tyesun
Capital Pte Ltd to obtain the
commitment for the Applicant. At
present prices, the total loan
amount required foresoteric loans
is approximately 4 times the
amount initially required by the
Applicant and mentioned in the
application (known as“fall-
out”),i.e. $10Million required by
Applicant would result in a
$40,000,000 total loan
commitment. The excess amount
would be used to purchase the 10
year zero coupon collateral
enhancement and to pay fees.
