1. Buyer must be send LOI and BCL to Seller.
1. (FCO) Contract is signed.
2. Buyer issues operative SBLC / BG.
3. Seller posts 2% Performance Bond.
4. The ship is loaded. Buyer may attend to loading port.
5. PB closes.
6. Buyer TT's Total Contract Value against full shipping documents.
7. Sblc / BG is either returned or auto-expires.
8. The shipment commences.
