This phone is new and still has the screen protector in place. It was unlocked as little as possible to access the controls for unlocking.
You will receive a new phone with new accessories and packaging which will work on any GSM network. Because the Apple warranty is only valid in the country of purchase, any phones shipped outside the US will not have a valid warranty.
Upgrading the 1.1.2 software to 1.1.3 without using the proper pre-update patch will un-activate the phone. We are not responsible if this happens and will not offer a refund. Simply disable auto-update in iTunes and there will not be a problem
