Rough Diamonds wanted from Namibia, surrounding area (Offer to Buy)

Trade Lead Description: Hello, Im interested in rough Diamonds 5 carats and up. Im also interested in any mining operations from any part of Africa that can travel to Namibia, when I travel there to at some point so I can buy diamonds in one location and can buy more diamonds this way than I would be able to otherwise. I also am interested in Blue, Red, Pink diamonds also. IF you can meet the above specs then I wish to do business with you. I am also currently working with serious investors to increase my buying budget. I also want to contact anyone that can find diamonds from the surrounding areas where they are from and I will consider travel to other locations but you must be in a war free country for me to travel to other locations. When you contact me I need you to send your manifest or just provide me how much diamonds you can get ahold of monthly and at what price your diamonds are per carat. I will be in Windhoek when I buy.
