Cement to be Ordinary Portland Cement, grade 42.5 N/R Cement to be packaged in 50 KG Poly bags, inspected at port by SGS at Sellers expense. A 2% performance bond will activate buyers L/C. Payment terms are SBLC with 12 month auto revolving, documentary, confirmed, assignable, transferable L/C from world class bank, payable at sight at buyer's bank on presentation of all docs from loading port. Your net cost is $74. USD per metric ton CIF ASWP. To move forward on this transaction, we need a letter of intent signed by the buyer, his banking information and permission for the seller to contact his bank and the name of individual at the bank with phone number.
